I always wanted to work somewhere that was professional and hardworking, but where they still placed an emphasis on having fun at work; I couldn’t find one, so I built one. I’m happy to say I genuinely think everyone that works for this company enjoys coming to work, and for me, that is what it is all about.

I still like to keep my hand in on the actual recruitment side of the business. The idea is to lead from the front but I have to admit the team are starting to beat me to the top of the league table.

I love to travel and having spent five years living and travelling to some very random places!

I have been recruiting Engineering and Manufacturing staff for the last 25 years in Dorset, having moved to the area after travelling the world for 19 months. I had previously worked in the Engineering sector myself, building guidance systems for the Channel Tunnel tunnelling machines and supporting mainframe computer and storage devices.

I am delighted with how we have expanded and grown over the last few years. We’ve taken the Holt Engineering brand to some of the largest Engineering businesses in the country. We look forward to turning Holt Engineering Recruitment into one of the leading Engineering Recruitment businesses in the UK.

I started my career as a B2B Marketer in Telecom and Services working with large International Companies like Vodafone and British Telecom. In 2014 I moved into recruitment where my knowledge of the Telecoms Sector proved to be very valuable.

I have always applied myself 100% to my work so when in 2016 I was offered the opportunity to build the new Executive Recruitment department of Holt Recruitment I jumped at the chance and haven’t looked back.

Holt Executive Recruitment has since expanded into the premier Recruiter for Space, Satellite, Aerospace, Defence and Telecommunications Sectors.

I’m passionate about training and development and my role here is to hire great people, make sure that they have all the tools and skills they need to be truly amazing, and then make sure that everyone is happy. I’ve been in recruitment for over 20 years and have managed internal teams for both permanent and temporary recruitment. I love the variety and the buzz and I’m so excited to be a part of the team here at Holt Recruitment.

Outside of work, I love planning fun days out and trips with the family, I’m also a big foodie! I also have a springer spaniel puppy to occupy my time!

My career started in Law where I worked, studied and progressed however I couldn’t find the love for it so I moved into practice management for law firms managing their compliance, HR and office management. From there I stepped into a more Operations focused role so headed back to school to gain further qualifications in HR to give me the ability to oversee all aspects of Operations from office management, compliance, legal and HR.

The team at Holt are lively, fun and hard working and no two days are ever the same. Everyone genuinely enjoys coming to work.

Outside of work I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes and cuisines. Also spending time with my Fiancé and friends exploring new and familiar places – followed by the pub, of course!

I’m an ex-Graphic Designer, and ex-Photographer with 11+ years as a Digital Marketing professional.

I have built my career on people skills, the ability to think on my feet and exceptional dedication to my work. I am truly passionate about what I do and although I enjoy all aspects of my role, I think the creative process where ideas start to flow and you can see the project/campaign start to take shape is always something I particularly enjoy.

I am a qualified Engineer, having served a five-year apprenticeship in advanced Engineering. My Engineering experience spanned over 10 years. Working through the workshop on manual and CNC machinery, quality control and inspection as well as production planning & estimating. I then progressed into installation and commissioning where I led site installation teams through complex installations into high-speed production lines.

Outside of work I love to train in the gym and watch rugby with friends. Always in for a social event!

I have over 6 years’ experience within the Engineering and Industrial Recruitment. Having spent the past 16 years working my way up in the salon industry, becoming assistant manager at Toni & Guy in Bournemouth I decided to take a complete career change and join the world of recruitment!

I focus on both the candidate and the clients’ experience, ensuring they have full trust in my ability to get the job done. On a more personal note, I love a good holiday, time with the family and of course the occasional night out!

I spent 5 years in Recruitment in London and moved out in search of a desk at a reputable company that I could help build. A friend recommended I visit the offices at Holt and I saw the potential in the Fleet team immediately.

I love working with people and there are a lot of like-minded individuals here that help create a fun and hard-working energy.

When I’m not in work, you’ll find me binging on a series or at the beach with a football.

Originally from Belfast, I moved to England to pursue a degree in the Graphic Arts. Alongside study, I worked as a freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer.

With my creative background, I soon found myself in marketing. Marketing has allowed me to not only explore and develop my creativity and digital skill set but pursue my passion for content creation. Holt Recruitment Group has allowed me to flourish and develop my marketing knowledge.

Outside of work you will often find me working on stained-glass windows or by the Bournemouth seaside paddle boarding.
